    Eligibility

    You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

    If you are under 18 years, access to the Platform is permitted only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for all activities undertaken by the minor.

    Coursely Learn reserves the right to deny access to the Platform at its discretion.


    About Coursely Learn

    Coursely Learn is a technology-enabled intermediary platform that allows independent creators, educators, coaches, institutions, and businesses (“Creators”) to create, host, manage, market, and sell digital educational content, courses, memberships, and related offerings (“Creator Services”) to learners and users (“Users”).

    Coursely Learn does not create, control, review, endorse, or provide Creator Services. All Creator Services are offered solely by the respective Creators.

    Any transaction, communication, or agreement between a Creator and a User is strictly between those parties. Coursely Learn is not a party to such arrangements.


    User Accounts

    Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated.

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

    Coursely Learn shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.


    Creator Responsibilities

    Creators are solely responsible for their content, services, pricing, refunds, representations, and compliance with applicable laws.

    Creators represent that they own or have valid rights to all content published on the Platform and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

    Coursely Learn does not verify, audit, or guarantee the quality, legality, or outcomes of Creator Services.


    User Responsibilities

    Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and shall not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

    Users acknowledge that purchases and subscriptions to Creator Services are made at their own discretion and risk.


    Payments and Refunds

    Payments for Creator Services are processed through third-party payment gateways. Coursely Learn does not store complete payment instrument details.

    Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the respective Creator’s policies. Coursely Learn is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated.


    Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Coursely Learn.

    Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, Creators grant Coursely Learn a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display such content solely for operating the Platform.


    Platform Availability

    Coursely Learn makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.


    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coursely Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or Creator Services.

    Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you directly to Coursely Learn.


    Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coursely Learn and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.


    Termination

    You may stop using the Platform at any time.

    Coursely Learn may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.


    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

    Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.


    Changes to Terms

    Coursely Learn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
